One of the things that people tend to look pass all the time is their feelings. Your feelings & emotions are primary sources of achieving anything you want. Do you really want it? Sometimes, I ask myself do I really need it? If so, why?
Remind yourself daily to “think healthy”. Only incorporating the positives into your thoughts. Try focusing on something positive for 30minutes.
Meditate. Release the bad energies floating within you. You ever notice when you can sense when a person is sad or upset? It’s because you sense their feelings. As far as I know, touch, see, smell, hear and taste are not the only senses we have.
We all are trying to reach our higher self but in order to achieve it you must feel good.
