Practical Realization happens only when you experience something in life. Belly fat is one of those. 2. Avoiding Sugar wholesome:

8. Sleep is Compulsory:

A good sleep of 8 hours for women and 7 hours for the male is essential. The reason is that lack or insufficient sleep would increase Ghrelin levels and decrease Leptin.

Leptin should be high as it gives a feeling of fullness and stops food craving. On the other hand, Ghrelin has more to do with hunger and increases food craving, leading to belly fat.

Therefore, sleep more to kill Ghrelin levels.

9. Food items that should be included:

Food items taste better with a pinch of salt added to them. There are food items that do not require salt, which contributes to belly fat. Here are a few:

  • Carrots
  • Linseed oil
  • Flaxseed oils
  • Cheese Strings.

10. Choose your Fats carefully:

Everyone knows that ' Fat' foods contribute to belly fat. In reality, this is one of the biggest myths. Fats are one solution on how to get rid of belly fat. Foods that have abundant Omega 3 may be high in calories but do not add to the belly-bloating.

It fills up your stomach and reduces the craving for sugary foods. The items in the list are:

11. Fill up with Vitamin C:

Stress can be physical or mental. When one engages in physical stress, the system tends to release cortical hormone more than usual. Such spikes should be controlled as the extra quantity would obstruct weight loss.

Vitamin C helps balance the imbalance of Cortisol when such stress occurs. Fat does convert into fuel due to the build-up of Carnitine which is a mix formed due to consumption of Vitamin C.

12. Restrict Carbohydrates:

So, what's the problem with Carbs? They are the ones that fuel your body with energy to manage your day. Carbs have the property to stick to the water molecules present in your body, which adds to belly fat and, as a result, overall weight increase.

Carbs can be found in sugary food as well as vegetables. The ones available in the sugary food are the dangerous ones, and the carbs residents in the vegetables or fruits are not harmful.

Therefore calculate your carbs intake and consume it through fruits and vegetables only, thus preventing your belly fat from increasing.
