9. Food items that should be included:

12. Restrict Carbohydrates:

So, what's the problem with Carbs? They are the ones that fuel your body with energy to manage your day. Carbs have the property to stick to the water molecules present in your body, which adds to belly fat and, as a result, overall weight increase.

Carbs can be found in sugary food as well as vegetables. The ones available in the sugary food are the dangerous ones, and the carbs residents in the vegetables or fruits are not harmful.

Therefore calculate your carbs intake and consume it through fruits and vegetables only, thus preventing your belly fat from increasing.
