The therapist takes care of well being

The therapist also takes care of the Being within us, that is to say that in us is not sick. It's an interesting point. Care for someone not only take care of his illness, but also take care of his health, which is fine in him. Because it is based on what goes well he will be able to heal. Caring Being, the divine in us, will perhaps restore the balance in the body of tune, messy, which lost its axis and its deep roots.

The therapist takes care of health. Only what is healthy we can heal us. In total there be an oasis, a place of peace, silence and serenity. It is from this spiritual dimension of human being deeper than its psychological dimension and body more or less disturbed, that former Therapists 'operator', to bring in this body and the mind an echo of this " unconditional peace "- a sign of serene presence.

- Excerpt from the book "Pathways" published in Land of the Sky (97).

The drop is moving from a state of communion to a state of consumption. We no longer communicate with Being through beings, but beings consume, we consume things, we eat food.

At the heart of this "being toward death" that we must discover it is also within us to be not for death, a being who is "no time", "non- space, "the Uncreated.

Praying is not reciting prayers. To pray is to find the posture, the attitude by which one is connected to the source of our being.

Be a philosopher is to reduce the gap between my word and my life, between my thoughts and my words between my being and my act. This transparency is a work of every moment.

Caring Being, the divine in us, will perhaps restore the balance in the body of tune, messy, which lost its axis and its deep roots.

What training a therapist receives?

Their training is primarily training in listening. The therapist is not a "subject supposed to know" but a "subject supposed to listen," and all his training will be to learn to listen.

He will first learn to listen to nature, and why he spent much time alone with her. The Therapist is a loner. They need to know to be alone, because it can enter into relationship with each other, it must be yourself. In the places they lived near Lake Mariot, at 400-500 meters, we could be alone in nature - and at the same time together. The words spoken to Abraham: "Go to yourself, to the land I will show you. "Go to yourself, become what you are - but at the same time I'll go with you, I'm with you. The therapist does not impose his knowledge, let alone his beliefs. So everyone remained alone, accompanied as it is yet to move toward oneself, one needs the eyes of others. We do not see in his own eyes. The therapist will be a mirror-quality sound that can hear - beyond the body of symptoms, psychological malaise - the presence of Being that makes its way through the maze of the unconscious.

The therapist learns to listen in nature; he learns to listen to the wind, the sap, and the logos that stirs the thousand and one things of the world. He learns to listen to nature, before listening to the person who comes to see.

The therapist is also listening to the Scriptures say that the sages and prophets in the sacred texts. In doing so he approaches his own unconscious. By meditating on the Scriptures we develop a quality of listening that helps us better understand our dreams. The book of Scripture and the book of the night, the same book, they are the same images, the same symbols. We must learn this language of images, which is also the most archaic language. The child thinks in images, we dream in pictures, the Bible is a book of pictures. Play Scripture brings us therefore our collective unconscious. To find a person unconscious, he should know all the major archetypes that have structured our unconscious in the West ...

The study of Scripture is resonating with large images that have shaped our past and who are we, in our body, our cells. These images come to visit us every night. The therapist listens to the dreams. And in this work on dreams it is something that is not often today. It is the production of dreams healthy, positive. We have to prepare for sleep, "dreams teachers." The therapist asked not to clutter the mind, develop calmness, and then ask our inner teacher on issues of little wind we shake. He can answer the night through a dream.

In dreams, the same logos, the creative intelligence that speaks in the cosmos, who speaks in Scripture, which speaks to us. Philo is the difference between dreams and dreams. Dreams can be residues of what has been experienced, the ski of a recent or distant past hidden in us. The dream is a message or teaching. Some dreams show us the way, cause our decision, they are therapeutic, and that is to say we serve.

An approach through substantial way

We’re in a vision of human beings approached and listened to in its entirety. How to eat, dress is substantial. At the same time, major archetypes, the moments of prayer is also very practical. Here we give the definition of Philo Therapists: "The option of these philosophers is marked immediately by the name they bear: Therapists is their real name. First, because the treatment which they profess is superior to that way in our cities. It does not cure the body, while also caring Therapists psyches prey to these diseases painful and difficult to cure than are the pleasures, sorrows, fears, greed, stupidity, injustice, the infinite diseases that afflict humans. Therapists are called if it is because they have received training in accordance with nature, according to the Scriptures, and listening to be, this being which is better than good.

You will notice that they are philosophers. But for them the philosopher is not someone who is speculating, but someone who is changing. The pseudo-philosophers are those who speak well, who have ideas about things, but are far from what they say. True philosophers are those who check in their lives what they are talking. Being a philosopher is to reduce the gap between my word and my life, between my thoughts and my words between my being and my act. This transparency is a work of every moment. The philosopher seeks wisdom and love, travels toward wisdom is not wise, not a be-come perfect. It comes towards its entirety, to the integration of all its components.

The word philosopher also indicates that the therapy is a way of knowledge, a gnosis. The cause of the disease is basically ignorance, so stupidity is a disease so serious. When I say stupid, I'm not referring to people who have no education because they can be highly-educated and stupid. We all know people who have doctorates; aggregations and their lives are not very smart. And conversely we also know all of those who have much less social and academic references, and have an understanding of everyday life, which have a sense of reality. The word truth aletheiia, literally means "out of the Lethe," out of the lethargy. Waking from sleep, is to enter into the truth means having an attitude of vigilance, attention to what that is.

The therapy is a way of knowledge. We lost the knowledge of reality because this reality we project ever our memory, our past, and we do not see things as they are. The therapist's function is to help the sufferer find the right vision of things to see clearly. When we are sick and unfortunate we do not see the sense of what happens to us. Can suffer, can feel pain, but if we can make sense of this suffering, we suffer less. Through the experiences of the disease, experiences of physical or mental suffering, there may be an inside job is done, and that must be heard and welcomed.

The therapist has in him a certain taste, a certain flavor of Being. Even in the heart of the most difficult situations in the muddiest waters, he discerns the proximity of the source, the freshness of the source. We will see to regain lost the freshness of the heart smart capable of accommodating the presence of being in everything.

Multi role of a therapist

The Therapist is a weaver

Therapists in one changes clothes. And this is important. The simple act of changing clothes makes us change the atmosphere, climate, and this changes our mind. Even today, in Japan, when an entrepreneur goes home he can leave his suit and tie and put a traditional kimono. Change of clothes is changing state of consciousness. While the suit does not make the man, and as they say on Mount Athos, "if it takes five minutes to change clothes, it takes a lifetime to change the heart." We agree. But the habit can sometimes help the monk. Change toiletries, clothing can help a transformation within us. Therapists provide some concrete details. They mention the importance of the linen, the loose-fitting clothing so that we can breathe.

The therapist takes care of the gods

Taking care of the gods is to take care of the great images that haunt us, take care of archetypes. What is our image of man? What is our image of women? What is our image of health, our image of holiness? For each god was an ancient state of consciousness. The gods were ways to externalize, to symbolize the levels of being that we had to go inside you. So take care of the gods, be attentive to these images that guide us, who visit us in our dreams, these images of perfection, these images that inspire us.

The gods are the values that will guide our desire. Disease for Therapists is that man has lost the right orientation of his desire. Being sick is to be next to his true desire, and health is to be close to his innermost desire, the more essential. It is not obvious to discover our true desire, the desire to de-identify our environment, our father, our mother, all those who have marked and still mark our existence. What I really want? What I really want? If you can answer this question we will not take so bad. We go to the Therapists desire to stop the desire of others to get out of the desires of the environment that manipulates the desires in our unconscious act for us, so we imbalance makes us more or less schizophrenic, c that is to say separates us from our being and our essential desire. Among Therapists we are offered a place, a space where you can ask the question: "What I really want, what are the values that guide my life?”

The therapist watches over his emotions

It ensures, literally, it’s pathetic that will give the French word "pathology" and in the Christian tradition the word "passion". It is a process where it is to observe the passions, emotions, impulses which we live. Not to destroy them, not deny them, but first to observe and to de-identify it. There may be anger in us, but we're not that angry. There may be jealousy, but we do not have this jealousy. We observe the emotions, impulses, passions that drive us and that can come from past events that are projected onto the present, and be free of these feelings, these urges, these passions. Therapists call this the "care ethics". Caring for his ethics is caring for his freedom, take care of what in us is free from emotions and passions - that is to say take care of his Being. It's taking care of freedom that is in us, freedom that cannot also believes more so, so it is conditioned by our past, our memories, our environment and the society in which we are. It's taking care of what in us is unconditional. It is from this freedom that healing will perhaps be able to operate.

So the therapist takes care of desire, values that guide the desire, knowing that the discomfort, suffering from what is coming off of his desire, cut off from his essential being. The misfortune is to have lost that space of silence and freedom within oneself.

Perhaps we live in space-time not only to "make" to produce, to act, but also to become aware of this interior space and freedom. For we know that there is a way out of "being for death". Therapists say that a body is healing well, but it heals a mortal body, that death has the last word. Heal a psyche; restore order in my desire, my ideas, my emotions, that's fine, but the psyche, like everything that is made will be broken. It is called a living or longer. Maybe he will to survive in intermediate worlds, but even there it's always in the world of time, not yet in the world of eternity. At the heart of this "being toward death" that we must find that there also be in us which is not death, a being who is "no time", "non- Space, the Uncreated. And there he is loved-loved the true identity of being human.

The therapist knows pray

Praying is not reciting prayers. To pray is to find the posture, the attitude by which one is connected to the source of our being. It is the etymology of the word religion: religare be connected. Be connected to Source, the very principle of our being. The therapist will be attentive to the breath that animates the body and the source of the blast. Connected to this source of life, resonates with the principle of his being, he will be able to draw power even of life on the person they are accompanying.

The therapist is the one who invokes the name. In the tradition of the Semitic name is not just a word. Say the name of God on someone's names "He who is" it's called Energy, a welcome presence.

The therapist is not the one who recites prayers, but one that in a certain attitude and with his whole being upon the name. He calls this energy so that it acts from within the person accompanies. For the ancients cannot be a therapist if you do not know to pray.

The therapist is not "neutral", it also has an unconscious - his energy is going to connect without knowing the person they are accompanying. Hence the importance of prayer. Will he send the person will not be just a state of his ego, his ego, his ego therapist, but it will be something deeper if it is centered in the Self. It is the Self will act upon it. We can say that there is a transfer of energy or a transfusion of serenity. This is not the calm serenity of the psychological therapist, but the serenity of Being in which the therapist is supposed to take place at the time of prayer. There is a communication of energy that can operate. It is an art, and is part of the art therapist. The important thing about him is his way not only to listen, interpret the symptoms; it is his quality of being. Healing is being to be. "From my heart to your heart" says other traditions.

If what we desire, desire to find his most essential, most intimate is important, there is also a desire that no man can fill something desirable. Healing in this way - if one can speak of healing - is to assume the lack of accepting that there is in us a desire that will never be filled. He is in us a desire for infinity that is for infinity. And we must stop asking for the infinite finite beings, stop asking this man, this woman to be everything, because they are not everything. Being an adult is to assume the missing. Not seek to fill, but that if the height is likely to be in an illusion, and later suffer from bitterness and disappointment when we discovered the illusion.

When you go see a therapist today, one wonders if he takes care of Alexandria as those of desire, images of being. We know of therapists who take care of our bodies, our psyche, to be attentive to our desire, and who may be in an attitude of attention with respect to our inner quest. But it's rare to find in one place, one structure, therapists who take care of all these dimensions. It is rare to find a place where the organization of the days, the organization of buildings etc.. Are designed to be taken into account all components of being.

With Therapists Alexandria we are witnessing an extremely rich anthropology. The human being is not only a body, not just a psychic, but also a spiritual being, a desire for something other than what must die, and the therapist should take care of all at the same time, otherwise it does not cure man in his entirety.

The Therapist is a cook

Philo often cites the Georgia’s of Plato, where the therapist is seen as one who knows how to cook. The therapist Somatose is a cook. Therapists in the first care of the body was "to treat his food." We know from Philo that the food was extremely simple: lots of grains, pure water, salt, a few condiments. In fact it does not give many details, the therapy is not so much food that we eat the way we eat it - how it is prepared. I often think of a friend who, when I asked him: "What do you like? What kind of soup do you like? "Replied" The soup, I love it when it is hot and served with friendship. “When food is prepared by a person who has some affection friendship for us, they will have positive effects while otherwise they can make us sick.

How to prepare foods is part of the therapy. Similarly, how to receive them. It can be vegetarian and carnivore on his plate in his mind, have a salad in the mouth and blood in the head. We can not stop chewing, devouring the neighbor's reputation, while eating peas or salad ...

Question for the Therapists can be summarized in two words: "eat or communicate? "There is a way of eating that is communion. We communicate through things in the world, food, landscape, with the Being who made things be. Everything is seen in its transparency and is a place of communion, of communication with the Being who is being that is. The drop is moving from a state of communion to a state of consumption. We no longer communicate with Being through beings, but beings consume, we consume things, we eat food. It consumes and is consumed, and it consumes the world. A therapist in the kitchen is an important place. As in the Zen tradition is not always the master who is on stage talking, meditate on the sutras. The Master is often in the kitchen.

Genetics is finally a Modern Science

Everything is genetically determined once and for all and our genes determine our health, that's what we told the old doctrine preformationism which since the seventeenth century, states that all living is already preformed in the germ and in the embryo, and that it is not subject to transformation. Since the speech has hardly changed, unfortunately ... For the truth is otherwise. This is a new science that tells us: epigenetic. It states that genes are expressed or not according to our habits, our lifestyle, our relationship with nature, our food, but also, unfortunately, many pollutants we are exposed. In summary, the epigenetic theory demonstrates the influence of environment on the functioning of genes.

One lived in town, had poor hygiene, poor health and several cancers. The other, living in the countryside, do not develop the genetic disease, however, could be programmed by the same genes. The epigenetic states that can influence gene expression without altering the genome of the individual. For example, some genes can be repressed and no longer will encode disease while others will put in operation and protect us. The former can cause cancer and prevent others. The action is not direct but depends on environmental factors that influence the proteins on which DNA is wound. Thus one can, in animals, change the color of the skin by acting on purely functional factors. This also means, unfortunately, that some chemicals that we did not know carcinogens may become inducing stimulation of genes expected to be inhibited. It is now recognized as bisphenol A, a plastic hardener now known to all, would imply a deregulation of the gene encoding adiponectin, the hormone of satiety that protects us from diabetes.

For epigenetic, nutrition plays a key protective role. One thinks, for example, that vitamins like B9, B12, provided they are natural, or certain foods like broccoli and avocado, make reversible expression of disease genes. Vitamin C blocks the expression of hereditary diseases such as Charcot-Marie-Tooth. So much the worse for those who thought it sufficient to change the picture of our genetic identity card to change our future.
