The herbal essential oil

What is more natural than mixing herbal leaves with and essential oils? The synergy of these two products of nature can only strengthen the effectiveness!

You can buy ready-made teas, but for efficiency, it is best to buy plants or herbal pharmacy. Do you prepare your plants or mixtures according to the effect that you want to receive.

A golden rule is, however, observed: Remember to never put essential oil directly into your tea (essential oils are not soluble in water): Prefer to dilute first in a spoon of honey, maple syrup or a sugar cube. Finally, do not put your essential oil when the tea is hot. Let it cool slightly if the properties of the essential oil would be affected.

Here is an example of mixing "plant / essential oil" against depression and better digestion

Throw a pinch of lemon verbena leaves in a cup of hot water
Add a drop of essential oil of basil in a database (honey, maple, etc. ..) and then add the mixture with your tea.

Drink during the day to find serenity and good digestive power!

The breath - the barometer of smell

The breath is an excellent indicator of the health of our digestive system. Frequent bad breath, called halitosis, informs us that there is much more than bad bacteria in our mouths, and they have now colonized our entire digestive system!

This problem affects more than 50% of the population at some point in their lives. The main causes of halitosis are diseases, intestinal disorders, respiratory taking certain medications, microbial imbalance of our language, saliva and / or the presence of plaque.

Fermentation and putrefaction

The food remains more than 24 hours in our digestive system become: the meat is putrifient and other foods (grains, fruits, vegetables, etc..) Ferment. These toxic gases and smelly after the "chimney" and are mostly removed by the two direct exits: the top and bottom!

Where to start?

You do often blame your bad breath? The first solution is to observe the functioning of your digestive system that is to say, what goes and what comes out! Be vigilant against the dairy. In addition to clog our digestive system, they increase bad breath. Indeed, bacteria that cause halitosis can break down protein, lactose, filled with sulfur, while causing the smell and taste bad as feared.

Limit the sugar! It is the favorite food of bacteria in his presence, they multiply even faster! To counter its devastating effect on our digestive system and oral, take probiotics quickly enough to restore good bacteria. Beware of coffee! It is very acidic. Since the "bad" bacteria like acidic environments, it grew quickly and almost immediately will cause you bad breath coffee.

Garlic, garlic, garlic!

It is well known, the brushing of teeth has no effect on the breath of garlic. Indeed, the odor comes from sulfur gases released into the gut during digestion. These gases are at least three hours before being eliminated. To reduce this side effect, many foods are effective: bananas, kiwi, blueberry, basil, spinach and parsley would capture some sulfur compounds formed in the mouth and intestine. The persistence of bad breath would be so diminished.

The first solutions

Drink plenty of water: drink more pure water allows for better bowel and kidney, so less waste in the body. Take fiber: facilitate transit. The most popular are psyllium, slippery elm, flaxseed / Salba / chia ground. Absorb the waste: Take one teaspoon per day of bentonite clay or activated charcoal. The latter is also sold in capsule form, easier to use. These products have a strong absorptive capacity, are often used as a cure or at a Detoxification (heavy metals, chemicals, etc.).. In some people, these products can cause congestion in the intestinal large amount of waste that is found in the intestines simultaneously. Observe your response and reduce the dosage as needed and taking herbal facilitating elimination.

And then? Tea Time...

According to one study, the polyphenols in green tea fight bacteria that cause bad breath. In laboratory tests, polyphenols have stopped the growth of these bacteria and have prevented the production of hydrogen sulfide, the substance responsible for the unpleasant odor. Even very low concentrations of polyphenols were reduced by 30% the rate of this acid.

And mouthwashes?

These famous "miracle" products usually contain alcohol, chlorine dioxide sometimes combined with zinc chloride. These products may change the chemical composition of odorous gases and thus make them odorless. However, the bacterium is still present and continues to produce bad odors. While many of these mouthwashes boast of results up to six hours, an independent study has shown that sodium chloride actually works between 4 and 42 minutes ...

The best solutions

A study published in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology English Journal informs us that a microbe which causes tooth decay (Streptococcus mutans) was reduced to less than 75% when using a mouthwash made of natural aromatic essences. Studies have shown that mouthwash with essential oils can control bad breath up to three hours by killing the bacteria and other causes of bad breath.

Mouthwash home

Easy to make your mouthwash house you avoid using those containing alcohol. Indeed, it dries out the mucous membranes of the mouth and changes in pH. In addition to reducing saliva, frequent use and long term can cause an imbalance in our oral flora.

Here are some ideas to gargle:

- Use floral waters of mint and star anise for fun and thyme, rosemary, oregano or tree to kill more bacteria.
- In a mouthful of water, add one drop of aroma essence of your choice from the list below and gargle for a minute and then spit the liquid:
- Peppermint (Mentha piperita)
- Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
- Cinnamon cassia or Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia or Cinnamomum verum, bark)
- Tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia)
- Balsam fir (Abies balsamea)

For the brave:

- Oregano (Origanum vulgare Origanum compactum or)
- Thyme borneol (Thymus satureioides)
- Winter savory (Satureja montana)

It'll just beg you a kiss!

Think about it - have you paid attention, listened, answered? I know I did.
