Color plays an essential role in all the symbolism. This is partly due to the vibration frequency that has every color and partly because of tradition. Scientific experiments were conducted to verify the effect of each color and they have proved that the healers and occultists knew forever. By working with the colors of the rainbow, we find that warm colors, lively - that reflect light - are yellow, orange and red. Passive or cool colors are blue, indigo and violet. Green is a synthesis of heat and cold. White light contains all colors.
By working with our own spectrum of colors, it is possible to maintain health. Some meanings to colors are:
White: White contains all colors. It suggests innocence, purity and spiritual wisdom.
Blue: It's the color of a clear sky. This is the main color of healing. He suggested relaxation, sleep and being quiet.
Brown: The color of the earth, death, commitment, too.
Gray: This color signifies the devotion and the priesthood.
Yellow: This color is the one closest to daylight. It has an emotional link with me, the attributes of thought, detachment and trial.
Magenta is a color associated both physically and spiritually. It means the renunciation, self-sacrifice, perfection and thoughtful practice.
Black: The black potentially contains all colors. He suggested the event, negativity and judgments.
Orange: This color mainly gay and inspiring. The qualities associated with them are the happiness and independence.
Red: Strength, strength, energy, life, sexuality and power are all linked to that color. A beautiful bright red represents well these qualities if they are all linked to that color. A beautiful bright red represents well these qualities if there is another type of red in the dreams, the attributes may be contaminated.
Turquoise: The color is light blue and green. In some religions, is the color of the liberated soul? It evokes the peace and purity.
Green is the color of balance and harmony of nature and flora.
Purple: This color, though some find it too strong, means nobility, respect and hope. Its purpose is to rise.

The dreams shows the state of mind. But according to some experts, there is a language of dreams linked the analysis of a dream. It cannot be complete or accurate without knowing the past; the life context of it to specific images, such as baby, spider, jewelry, sea, etc. ... in a dream would have specific meanings.
Dreams are sometimes confusing images that follow one another without reporting to us, strange, there are sometimes uncomfortable, are disturbing and even frightening. In antiquity it was believed that dreams were omens, and it was feared they were prescient and do come true.
Towards the 18th century philosophers saw in dreams a language of the unconscious, the spirit expressed highlighting the evils, which agonize suffer their authors.
The dreams seem so be the scene of more or less distant memories and forgotten, unacknowledged wishes and sometimes barred, unease, They are, according to some analysts, which allowed the mind to keep his balance on standby, to get rid of the worries and concerns that the mind could bear constantly.
You will understand that understanding your dreams can help you better know them and therefore to move ahead, get rid of what concerns us deliberately or not, and prevents you from moving ahead. Jung and the philosopher said: "To safeguard the mental constancy and even physiological fitness, it is that consciousness and unconsciousness are integrally linked, to move in tandem." Do not reject your dreams, use them to your advantage to know you and learn to live more peacefully.

Before Sigmund Freud, it was thought that people come at night and put pictures in our heads as dreams. For Sigmund Freud, the dream is a production that comes from the personal unconscious. The dream is characterized by its strangeness. It often seems absurd; illogical ... it can sometimes leave impressions "weird” for some time after waking.
The subconscious stores memories with the corresponding emotions. When the unconscious wants to leave back a memory, the subconscious, complete with its two barriers of censorship, pushes it if he thinks it may be "hazardous" emotionally for the person.
The unconscious cannot store an infinite memories and emotions to find several parades this censorship:
- the slip
Dreams are memories in disguise. The subconscious is not able to decode his memories disguised by the unconscious. The unconscious disguises the dream so that it is admissible and also for the person to remember.
After reading the dream, the analysis is to make word associations to those that seem important for the patient, then group them by themes and then if possible to find a link between all these themes. It is the dreamer who dreams his analysis. Practitioner helping relationship is only his assistance. Link to dream of flying history of the tribe of Siena which gives room for dreams.

The dream is a fantastic journey through time and space. There are several types.
- The symbolic dreams. There are objects, statements, figures and actions that have a meaning other than their real meaning.
- The premonitory dreams. They announce events taking place in the future and which often involve a disease, disaster, accident or death. These dreams suggest there is an intervention for which serves as a guide, or who comes to warn of danger.
- The telepathic dreams. They allow us to communicate with other people, whether living or dead. This type of dream can often make contact with a family crossing the boundaries of distance, time and death.
- Dreams of clairvoyance. They reveal something that happens simultaneously, and whose subject cannot know logically. We consider this sequence of images that is the psychic dream as a vision. We can distinguish two types of clairvoyance dream: lucid dreams, and dreams of the dead.

Every one asks one day or the other, what was meant by some strange dreams? Why do some dreams seem prescient, why others leave us, woke up feeling unwell?
Sleep in humans occupies 25% of his life. Outside the physiological recovery it provides, the dream activity that is related is an important guide to get to know intimately. Freud, founder of psychoanalysis, is the first to consider the interpretation of dreams. He discovered that dreams told by his patients led him to understand their symptoms, their history and their fantasies. Thus, dreams realized fantastically unconscious wishes, ignored by the dreamer. The dream, far from being an absurd or magical phenomenon, has a meaning: it is the fulfillment of a wish. This function of the dream tells us so on the unconscious desires of the dreamer. The meaning of dreams, so deserves to be interpreted as the formation of the dream processes are characteristic of all unconscious phenomena. The study of dreams leads to better understanding of the repressions that organize our mental life.
Jung was the disciple and friend of Freud, Jung studied the symbolism of dreams. For Jung, the dream is the best possible expression of the unconscious state of mind at the time. The dream is considered as a symbolic link between the self and the unconscious. Jung has reached a significance of symbols in dreams, based on the collective unconscious but also the phonetics of the words themselves. Thus, we would all be imbued with a collective unconscious, a sort of ancestral database referring to humanity and myths. Symbols of national and guide us in our dreams.
Dreams are a way of communication between the conscious and the unconscious. They sometimes, with their own language, we warn, warn us of a problem to settle with ourselves, we enrich our lives and allow us to better understand ourselves. The dream can be a warning. We must therefore try to analyze it best to overcome the disadvantages and also seize the opportunity given to us during our lives.

Historically, man has asked about his dreams and tried to unravel the mysteries. In a dream reflect aspects of both practical and spiritual in our daily lives: our memories, the facts that we have scored during the day, our hopes, our joys and sorrows, our fears and anxieties. It's all those things that made our dreams. Some believe and others not at all. But there are few cases of Dreams "premonition" that appeared to be well-known personalities (now extinct) for what they did, that make us ask questions.
They say the Duke Montefeltro had dreamed he was trying to watch his right shoulder without success. He lost his right eye during a battle, so yes he could no longer see his right shoulder.
It is said that Napoleon had dreamed (for his brief moment of rest) that a swarm of gigantic bees imprisonment and confinement in a small box. He was taken prisoner on the island of St. Helena.
It seems that Marie Antoinette when she was in jail, saw his face in a dream and that of Louis XVI reflected on the moon. A month later (ie after a lunar cycle), they were both guillotined.
The English newspapers had ever reported an unusual news story. A young girl had seen in a dream a hearse driven by a stranger whose face was so hard that she could not forget. She then went into a store and while she was preparing to board the elevator, she recognized the stranger in the cabin she had seen in a dream. She drew back startled and did not take the elevator. It collapsed killing many. The premonition of this young girl had saved his life.
One can also cite the history of this aristocratic Venetian dreamed that her maid asked him to lend her clothes and jewelry. It became the lover of her husband, and the dream foreshadowed.
In the Bible it says that Joseph, son of Jacob and Rachel, interpreted dreams. The pharaoh of Egypt who had two consecutive dreams-in the first seven fat cows were devoured by seven lean years, in the other seven ripe ears of corn were eaten by seven ears hollow - would that Joseph could interpret. The seven fat cows, Joseph prophesied, correspond to seven years of plenty will be followed by seven lean years (the seven lean years). Wheat heads had the same meaning. Appointed prime minister by the Pharaoh, Joseph prepared food reserves for the seven lean years that succeeded, as he had planned, to seven years of plenty.
But we must not forget that the interpretation of dreams, is not as simple as one might think. This is not because you see money accumulating in abundance in your dreams you will be rich, instead it means you have money problems! It's like, for example, the negative view of excrement in a dream ... it simply means that you are in a period quite positive.
It is important to pay attention to their dreams, they say a lot about ourselves, others and what can happen to us. Just the knowledge of good and bad dreams can make it happen or not ...

Some people remember their dreams, others not. most individuals, the duration of dreams is about 100 minutes per night, with the effects of amnesia, more or less important.
Plus we wake up to a point close to the REM and the higher the probability is great that we remember the dream. If you wake up So during the second part of the night, there will be more likely to remember your dreams when you wake up in the first part, simply because the duration of deep sleep elongates late night when the light sleep tends to disappear at last sleep cycles.
Most people pay little attention to their dreams, but once they begin to show interest, they remember it more regularly.
It is true that it is not always possible to remember a dream because of the time that elapses between the dream and upon awakening.
Generally, if we wake up 20 minutes after the dream, we do not have any more memories. If the alarm occurs 15 minutes later, we remember some bits and 5 minutes later, we remember very well. If we wake up during the dream, then we have no difficulty in restitution.

It is difficult to give a precise answer to the usefulness of dreams. The dreams remain something vague and mysterious.
Some authors claim that "dreams are a link between the conscious and the unconscious, between soul and body, between our real desires and repressed, they are a mirror that never lies. But mostly, these are warnings.
Here are some statements by Jeremy Taylor on Dreams:
- All dreams are aimed at improving our health and wellbeing.
- Dreams are not there to teach us what we already know
- Only the dreamer knows with certainty the meaning of his dream.
- No dream has only one meaning.
- All dreams have a common language and universal metaphors and symbols.
- Working with dreams steadily improved our relations with our friends, our spouses, our families, our children and others.
Everyone dreams, but some people do not remember.
The mundane character or emotions of a dream can affect the memory and the existence of interference with other information at the time of the dream.
The inability to remember the dream is related to personality.
We also think that with age, the brain becomes more rigid, dream activity decreases.

It is possible to control the content of his dreams. This is called lucid dreaming: dreaming with a sense of being in a dream. These lucid dreams have long been the subject of controversy, but their existence has been conclusively proven in the 70s. They are defined as a "mixed state, an overlap between REM sleep and activated processes corresponding to the awakening."
These dreams are different degrees and only 10 to 20% of the population regularly. These are most often women and young people. Lucid dreams are to the simplest interrupt a nightmare by saying that "just a dream" and wake up a few seconds later.
But some people go much further in control of their dreams. They are able to modify the content of their dreams, for example, their practices. It is also used for patients who suffer from repeated nightmares. For this control, simply to be "motivated and possess good skills spontaneously dream recall."

The dream is an expression of mental activity during sleep. When we sleep, our body is regaining strength, the spirit replaces the normal activities of thought and will function by mysterious dreams.
Our dreams are wonderful guides. They help us to know us better, that's why we will help you interpret them to discover their meaning, the meaning behind our dreams.
Dreams occur during sleep and every individual needs a sleep time varies but on average, he spent 25 years of his life sleeping.
Sleep is a known mechanism, governed by cycles and physiological events that we help you to recognize.
Knowing that sleep consists of several cycles of different phases can understand what time of night dreams occur.
- Sleep light corresponds to the three phases of slow wave sleep (SOL)
- Deep sleep is the phase of paradoxical sleep (PS)
These phases follow one another and are repeated throughout the night. In general, it was during the fifth phase, called phase SP that dreams occur. Often, they would start about 90 minutes after sleep onset.
If you wake someone during this phase of sleep, 85% ¨ people remember the dream cons only 10 to 15% if necessary for another period of the night.
It happens that some people dream during light sleep. Less rich in details, these dreams contain fewer elements of movement, fewer and fewer emotional elements of color compared to other dreams.
